Medical Animation
AIDS
These animations were done for a video exhibit, "AIDS and You," at the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, New Jersey.
The sequence is presented with a voiceover conversation between a doctor and patient. The doctor explains how a healthy immune system works in comparison to a system infected with AIDS.
The final video is close to five minutes of straight animation, with these animation sequences edited together and timed to the VO.

Cystic Fibrosis
These are animations for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation video, "Expanding the Horizon of Hope," produced in 2006 and initially shown at a convention of researchers and scientists working with Cystic Fibrosis.
Working closely with the producer on this project, we referenced scientific source material - mostly print - to understand some of the chemistry, structures and mechanisms involved with CF.
